Welcome to the FTN high speed Internet access service (the "Service"). The Service is being provided by a third party service provider at this Venue in conjunction with the venue owner (collectively, the “Companies” or “We”). As a condition of accessing this Service, you must agree to the following terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not access or use the Service. Your use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the Terms of Use.
No Editorial Control
The Companies do not review or exercise any editorial control over the content or materials made available over the Internet by third parties, such as electronic mail transmissions, newsgroups, etc. However, we may remove, block, filter, or restrict by any other means any materials that, in the Companies’ sole discretion, may be illegal or inappropriate, may subject the Company to liability, or may violate these Terms of Use. The Companies may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong. Violation of these Terms of Use may result to the suspension or termination of access to the Service.
Security
You expressly acknowledge and agree that there are significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent to accessing or transmitting information through the Internet, whether the connection to the Internet is facilitated through wired or wireless technology. These security issues range from interception of transmissions, loss of data, or the introduction of viruses or other programs that can damage your computer or network.
Accordingly, you agree that the Companies shall not be liable for any interception of transmissions, loss of data, file corruption, hacking or damage to your computer or network that results from the transmission or download of information or materials through the service.
Restrictions on Use
You agree to not use the Service to:
(a) transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
(b) harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way;
(c) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any material transmitted through the Service;
(d) transmit any material that you do not have a right to make available under any law;
(e) transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
(f) transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation;
(g) transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; or
(h) use the Services for excessively high volume data transfers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials available through the service and through any third party are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied
The Companies make no warranty or representation as to the accuracy, currency, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of information distributed through the service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Companies expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
The Companies make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or that software defects will be corrected or that this site or server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components.
The Companies make no warranty regarding any goods or services or the delivery of any goods or services purchased or obtained through or from the Service or advertised through the Service, or regarding any transactions entered into through the Service. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtain by you via the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall the Companies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if the Companies have been advised of the possibility of such damages, that result from the use or the inability to use the Service, from any changes to the Service, or from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
You specifically agree that the Companies are not responsible or liable to you or anyone else for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, tortious, or illegal conduct of yours or of any other party or any infringement of another’s rights, including intellectual property rights, arising on, from, or in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for your own conduct in using this Service and will indemnify and hold harmless the Companies from any claims, liability, damages or costs that result from your conduct in using this Service.
If you are dissatisfied with the Service, the materials available on or through the Service, or with any provisions in this legal notice, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service.
Privacy Policy
The Companies understand and respect the importance of privacy of all users of the Service. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we may collect from you, how we will look after that information, and how we may use your data. The following Policy tells you about your privacy rights, and how the law protects you.
What information will be collected:
The information we will typically collect will consist of your name and email address. In case you register to the Service via your social media account we collect the account name only.
We may obtain additional information about you from other reputable data sources. This information may relate to your demographics and lifestyle interests and be matched to our records to enhance our understanding of the sorts of products and services you may be interested in and to provide you with a more personalized experience.
The data these companies might hold about you may be personal data such as names and addresses collected from publicly available sources, such as the Edited Electoral Register. It might also include non-personal anonymised data from research surveys.
The data these companies use to create their postcode level products include publicly available sources such as the Census and Land Registry data.
We explicitly outline that by consenting to receive marketing communications, you are consenting for your personal information to be processed. This is outlined at the point you provide your data and marketing contact consent. If you do not want us to obtain this additional lifestyle information from these reputable data sources, and use as described above, you can request we stop this activity by emailing sales@ftn.gr
IP Addresses
We may collect information about your computer or mobile device including, where available, your IP address, MAC Address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.
Where we store your personal data:
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by organisations operating outside the EEA that work for us or for any of our suppliers (e.g. airlines, hoteliers, etc.). Countries outside of the EEA may not have the same level of privacy laws as existing in the UK. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
All Information you provide to us is stored securely on our service provider’s servers. Where we have given you (opr where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

If you are signed up to My Neilson or subscribed to receive email offers, you will receive a personalised service that is tailored to your interests.
(g) For analysis and processing purposes, to ensure we are offering the best, most relevant service to our customers.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, or by contacting the Customer Services team on the address above.
We will only contact you with marketing information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you, or preferences that you have stated you wish to receive information about, and that we think will be of interest or relevant to you.
We will never share or sell your personal information with third-parties, unless you have specifically agreed for us to do so on your behalf. Wherever this is the case, the nature of the business of the third parties will be outlined to you in advance of receiving your permission.
